It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Certified Health Coach and licensed Physical Therapist, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. I have studied all of the major traditional dietary theories as well as the new cutting-edge dietary theories, and I use practical lifestyle coaching methods to help you find the right dietary and lifestyle approach that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation.  Rather than pushing a pre-planned, cookie-cutter meal plan menu on my clients, I help them to develop their own healthy way of eating that is sustainable and creates lifestyle changes that feel positive, exciting, and right for them.  In addition, I utilize my 12+ years of clinical experience as an orthopedic spine physical therapist to help my clients develop their own exercise and activity strategies to fit their life and their body.  As these changes and plans are integrated, my clients find they collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected and lead to attaining their goals in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of regimented denial and discipline.
